Adela Lazăr is a consultant with a diverse background that spans the non-profit sector, startup ecosystem, and outreach services. She brings extensive experience in both national and international contexts, having worked as a regional development manager for organizations delivering social-educational and health programs, supporting ethnic minorities, or providing grants to other NGOs. She has designed and coordinated social and educational initiatives, evaluated local organizations, and collaborated with donors from both the non-profit and corporate sectors.
From 2014 to 2018, she served as Fundraising Manager at the Romanian Foundation for Children, Community, and Family (FRCCF), and until 2020, she held the position of Regional Manager at United Way Romania, where she oversaw fundraising strategies and program implementation through partner organizations.
In recent years, Adela has worked closely with local NGOs on organizational development, fundraising, communication, evaluation, and reporting. She has also supported various startups as a marketing manager and associate consultant, building bridges between innovation, strategy, and community impact.
In October 2024, she founded BeyondEvaluation SRL, launching her independent consulting practice focused on evaluation and outreach services.
Adela is a committed advocate for democracy and equal access to essential services—believing that everyone deserves not just a decent life, but a fulfilling and dignified one. She believes in the power of self-sustaining communities and actively supports development initiatives in marginalized areas. She regularly volunteers for local causes close to her heart.
What sets Adela apart is her unique consulting approach, which blends ethical reflection—drawing on Aristotelian principles—with sharp analytical thinking and tailored, data-informed strategies. Her work is grounded, empathetic, and collaborative, helping organizations move from intention to impact with clarity and confidence.
